Exposure to both demolition and carpentry scopes, providing a well-rounded construction background Opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects ranging from hospitals and schools to tenant improvements and public facilities Collaborative team environment with direct access to experienced project managers, superintendents, and estimators Strong emphasis on career development and upward mobility within the organization Stable pipeline of work with consistent project volume throughout the year Company culture centered on teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality results Job Details Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing demolition and carpentry projects Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure project accuracy Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking to ensure projects stay on time and within budget Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and execution Participate in jobsite walks, progress meetings, and safety discussions Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Assist in material procurement, equipment coordination, and logistics planning Monitor field progress and help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3+ years of experience in construction, preferably with exposure to demolition, interiors, or carpentry scopes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of building systems, construction sequencing, and jobsite operations Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar) Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience working for a subcontractor or specialty contractor Exposure to selective demolition, tenant improvements, or commercial interiors Field experience or carpentry background is highly valued Interested in hearing more?
