• Previous CNC Programmer experience required
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English
• Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
• Operation of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure

What You Do:

Progression beyond CNC Router Operator III
• Technical authority for CNC routing and programming
• Creates, modifies, and optimizes CNC programs
• Applies SolidWorks and Mastercam to production machining
• Translate SolidWorks models into production toolpaths
• Modify and optimize Mastercam program tool paths to maximize efficiency
• Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and cut strategies
• Support first-article runs
• Resolve program-related quality and dimensional issues
• Establish programming standards and best practices
• Support operator training
• Drive CI in cycle time, quality, and tool life
• Lead programming-related kaizen activities
• Serve as escalation point for CNC programming issues
• Support audits and inspections
