Job Title : -Java Architect

Location – Bellevue, WA

Required Qualifications :

Innovation and Leadership :

  • Lend overall end-to-end solution design, ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of designs to TMUS standards and technical strategies.
  • Lead large cross-domain initiatives and apply technical standards to develop solution architecture, drive technical strategy and architectural tradeoff discussions.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future state and model these interactions to guide technology strategy to better achieve business outcomes.
  • Works cross-functionally to understand the linkage between T-Mobile’s business goals, business architecture, and requirements frameworks.
  • Mentors, team members on standard processes in area of expertise. Grasp and communicate big-picture enterprise-wide issues to team.

Technology and System :

  • Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrails; influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with architectural guardrails within many technology domains that support the needs of products teams to efficiently launch products and services.
  • Lead technical solutions on cross domain initiatives. Develops innovative solutions and technology strategy. Owns E2E solution design strategy across teams.
  • Prepare and maintaindesign work, including architecture designs, data models, API, microservice architecture.

    • Relationship and Project Management :

  • Collaborate with Senior management to build and design solutions and translate business requirements into technical requirements for technical team members to drive into initiative and project design and delivery.
  • Apply a broad understanding of the products, systems and technologies across the business portfolio and deep technical ability on integration of these components to deliver a cohesive E2E solution architecture for a given initiative.

    • Work Experience :

  • 4+ years of validated experience in software engineering / enterprise architecture / technology leadership across multiple products, systems and / or platforms coupled with strong eye for business and executive presence. (Required)
  • 4+ years of validated experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering technical solutions. (Required)
  • 4+ years of validated experience in Enterprise applications, PLM (product lifecycle management), middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization and / or application technology. (Required)
  • 4+ years’ of validated experience in Cloud service provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Agile Methodologies : Demonstrated success in advising materialized resources and delivering software, with Agle Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.
  • Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog / project management toots.
  • Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives. Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can apply.
  • Product Management Experience implementing large and complex business / technology conversions as Product Manager or lead technology role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
