Under general supervision and in accordance with established company policies and procedures, the Store Supervisor (SS) participates in the management activities (staffing, productivity, tax prep work, marketing) for one office/kiosk within an assigned district. Performs administrative functions related to the efficient operation of the assigned location to maximize customer service and increase sales. This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature, and regularly deals with diverse matters which require a working knowledge of the business.
