Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Product Development : Design, prototype, and refine new products to meet STX performance, durability, and cost targets.
- Engineering Design : Create and manage 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms.
- Testing & Validation : Conduct and support mechanical, material, and performance testing; analyze data to drive iterative improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with industrial designers, product managers, and global manufacturing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Materials & Process Innovation : Research and evaluate new materials and manufacturing methods for both hard and soft goods.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including specifications, test reports, and revision histories.
