Position Description:
This on-site role is located in our client office in Strongsville, OH.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can operate as an individual contributor with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across all layers of full stack development—including backend services, UI development, and relational databases. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the right attitude, a strong eagerness to learn, and a commitment to delivering clean, scalable solutions following best engineering practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain new features as well as enhance existing functionality Implement backend logic and APIs using: Java 8 Spring Boot JPA/Hibernate JMS Apache POI
- Write efficient database scripts including queries, views, procedures (Oracle)
- Develop front-end interfaces and reusable components using:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular (10+ / ideally 16), Material CSS
- Perform frontend–backend integration
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to meet business objectives
- Participate in requirement discussions and solution design
- Demonstrate completed features to stakeholders and ensure alignment with requirements
- Follow architectural standards, coding best practices, and performance considerations
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure high-quality code
- Support server maintenance and deployments
- Work with Git/Bitbucket for version control
- Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins or similar tools
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 6–8 years of full stack development experience
. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
. Strong experience with Spring Boot–based middleware and UI development
. Solid understanding of relational databases
. Experience in building reusable components and following DRY principles
. Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices
. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
