Shift / Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM Rate : $20.00 per hour Location : Calabasas, CA 91302 (On-site) This is an excellent opportunity for someone fresh out of school who wants practical accounting experience, mentorship, and exposure to basic HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced, supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities : Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily accounting, administrative, and reporting tasks Post payments and assist with accounts payable, collections, and reconciliation activities Support sales reporting and basic financial tracking Communicate professionally with new and existing clients via phone and email Serve as a point of contact for clients and temporary associates Assist with recruiting and sourcing temporary associates Coordinate and schedule interviews for staffing supervisors Support onboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion through our system Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with special projects as needed
