Yard Laborers across multiple shifts. In this active position, you will assist with loading and unloading freight, inspect and label finished products, track yard inventory, and assist drivers and customers. No prior experience is required—just bring a strong work ethic, a self-starter attitude, and basic math skills!
Description for Yard Laborer:
- Load and unload inbound and outbound delivery trucks and freight carriers efficiently.
- Interact professionally with delivery drivers, transport operators, and will-call customers.
- Inspect finished drainage products for quality, verify specs, and apply accurate inventory labels.
- Track, organize, and rotate yard stock to maintain accurate inventory storage lanes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free yard environment while adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
Details for Yard Laborer:
- Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour base wage (Plus shift differentials for Swing and Graveyard shifts!).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with weekends off!).
- Shift Options: Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts available.
- Location: Washougal, WA facility.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path featuring long-term company growth.
Requirements for Yard Laborer:
- No prior experience required—hands-on training is fully provided!
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and stay active throughout the shift.
- Basic math literacy for inventory tracking and product count verification.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist across yard operations.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation habits.
