Compensation Snapshot:

• Training Period (6 weeks): $8/hour
• Post-Training: $10–$12/hour + commission & performance bonuses

• Greet, assist, and thank every customer with genuine care
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, product or service questions, and any issues that arise
• Maintain an appealing and well-presented merchandise display
• Educate customers on our services, products, and promotions—highlighting the value we provide
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Adhere to the uniform and dress code standards
• Prioritize safety for both customers and team members
• Report maintenance needs for equipment, machines, and facilities in a timely manner
• Participate in community engagement efforts, including local nonprofit and school partnerships
