POSITION SUMMARY :
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Developer Lead for a Remote based position. The main function of a Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Manager expert with multiple projects experience.
• Design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies to support business requirements.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution.
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Qualifications

• Must have 4-7 years of work experience.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with Sustainability solutions around carbon footprint and management.
• Must have experience with SUSTAINABILITY manager and that experience should include projects that they've worked on for real customers.
• Should have deep understanding of Sustainability area and solutions
• Must have 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• Should have development experience in needed language or technology.
• Should have hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Should have hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.
• Should be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.

• A competitive pay range of $75/hr-$77/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
