Learning Designer Opportunity

Our team combines adult learning principles, instructional design, and technical writing with web and graphic technology to develop solutions for learning, performance, and communication challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging, compelling, and impactful learning programs for self-paced and virtual deliveries.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on all deliverables. Edit documents in accordance with established style guidelines.
- Produce virtual sessions in Microsoft Teams or other meeting platforms.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Excellent communication skills, including technical and creative writing and editing.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and objectives to design training solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Creative mindset.
- Visual design and video editing skills to produce modern and elegant training deliverables.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia).
- Experience with the Web environment (e.g., HTML, Javascript).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro).
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with specialization in Adult Education, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' related work experience in learning and instructional design, or equivalent education and experience.

Pay Range: Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas-$79,000.00 - $114,500.00 Annually
Benefits Summary:
