Description:

Compensation: $32.09 - $36.89 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

Join Our Vibrant Team and Bring Joy to Seniors' Lives as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

As a residential care facility – also called a rest home – Beaven Kelly Home provides the best of both worlds. Our residents are free to come and go as they please, and they have the structure and reassurance of around-the-clock assistance from professional nursing and support staff, if they need it. We also offer respite care for elders, providing temporary relief for their regular caregivers.

About Us:

This LPN position is primarily desk‑based and ideal for a nurse who enjoys structure, attention to detail, and administrative nursing responsibilities.

We are looking for an LPN who is organized, reliable, comfortable working independently at a desk, and confident managing medical records and follow‑up tasks. If you enjoy behind‑the‑scenes nursing work and want a role with predictable responsibilities, this could be a great fit.

Your Mission: Enhancing Lives Through Quality Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observation Extraordinaire: Skillfully observe residents' conditions, contributing vital information for care planning. Your holistic approach considers not just physical needs, but also emotional and social well-being.

  • Care Implementation Champion: Execute physician orders and nursing interventions while adhering to facility policies and the scope of practice set by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.

  • Care Planning Partner: Be an active participant in resident care planning. Your data collection and support of our nursing department's philosophy, goals, and objectives are crucial for success.

  • Safety Guardian: Uphold safety, security, and infection control policies. Your watchful eye ensures resident well-being and a secure environment for all.

  • Change Sentinel: Monitor residents' conditions consistently, promptly reporting significant changes to supervisors, physicians, and responsible parties. Your accurate and timely documentation is key to optimal care.

  • Education Enthusiast: Participate in educational programs, enhancing your expertise. Attend required sessions, meetings, and maintain essential licenses and certifications.

  • Team Dynamo: Foster a positive, productive atmosphere. Your respect, courtesy, and teamwork inspire high performance and unity among colleagues, residents, and families.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensure Luminary: Hold a current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Clinical Experience Expert: Bring recent experience in long-term care, acute care, or home care to our team.

  • Observation Maestro: Showcase your skilled observation and teamwork prowess. Knowledge of MDS and Care Planning in skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

  • Strength & Adaptability: Safely handle essential job functions, even with reasonable accommodation.

  • CPR Champion: Maintain current CPR certifications.

What Perks and Benefits Can You Look Forward to?

  • Day-1 Benefits

  • Opportunity to get paid daily – through DailyPay

  • Paid holidays and generous Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement annually

  • Discounts with major vendors; AT&T, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Quicken Loans, AND MORE!

  • Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Enjoy lower-cost medical services when you visit facilities within the Trinity Health network.

  • Fast response interview times and job offers!
