Covarent Plumbing is looking for a motivated, hardworking Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing field operations team.
You’ll work alongside experienced plumbers on commercial projects, residential installations, and service calls while learning the skills necessary to advance in the plumbing trade.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck — someone who wants to develop a valuable skill, take on responsibility, and build a long-term career.
$17–$25/hour based on experience.
Performance-based incentive opportunities.

We welcome individual applicants as well as apprentices currently working with an experienced plumber who may be interested in joining our team
Compensation:
$17 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial and residential plumbing installations.
Help install water, sewer, drain, vent, and other piping systems.
Assist with service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily work.
Follow directions from lead plumbers and management.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Learn plumbing codes, safety procedures, and proper installation techniques.
Qualifications:
Previous construction experience preferred.
Plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
Must hold or obtain Texas Plumbing Apprentice registration before performing plumbing work.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Comfortable with physical labor and working in different environments.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
