Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Incentive Compensation Management System, including configuration and support

Design and implement configuration changes, workflows, and user web portal administration

Conduct data integration, SQL performance tuning, and analytical assessments to enhance application delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

FINRA Affiliation required

5+ years of experience in financial services and business analysis or similar roles

Demonstrated knowledge of databases and ETL tools such as SQL and Python

Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems like NICE or Varicent
