We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates to play a vital role in our daily operations. You will ensure the efficient flow of goods through accurate inventory management, order processing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Loading: Safely load trucks using a dolly to ensure timely departures.
Staging: Stack and stage customer orders to minimize damage and address safety concerns.
Verification: Ensure all staged products accurately match the order manifest.
Inventory Control: Operate an RF scanner to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
Physical Labor: Perform repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
Support: Complete all other duties as assigned to support the team.
Adaptability: Ability to work in cooler/freezer environments when required.
Strength: Ability to lift, bend, and crouch with boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Soft Skills: Must be team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Aptitude: Proficient in basic math (addition/subtraction) and able to quickly recognize numbers.
Flexibility: Must be available for overtime until the daily job is complete.
Endurance: Able to stand and walk for 10 hours or more per shift without sitting.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
