Responsibilities

Weigh and mix raw materials according to production formulas
Operate mixing, blending, and production equipment
Monitor batch quality and production output
Complete production paperwork and documentation
Perform inspections and quality checks
Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
Move materials as needed, including forklift operation
Support cleaning, changeovers, and general production needs

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or production experience required
Mixing or blending experience preferred
Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
Comfortable working around industrial materials and solvents
Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs independently
Lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance
Wear required PPE, including respirator and safety equipment
