A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial appraisal of borrowers' applications and assess credit standings
Review and verify accuracy of documentation and coordinate submissions to underwriting
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
5 years or more of experience processing conventional, VA, and FHA loans preferred
Post TRID knowledge required
Understanding of direct / indirect lending procedures
In-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
