Overview

We are currently hiring for a full-time Equipment Engineer in our Benicia, CA office. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and, sometimes, specialized training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance staff maintain and optimize trucking fleet and construction equipment such as volumetric mixers, pavers, and shot blasters to ensure project efficiency and safety production
• Plan maintenance schedules, troubleshoot malfunctions, and often oversee equipment logistics, budgeting, and, in some cases, direct operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or a similar engineering field is preferred but not required. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  Well-qualified candidates will be proficient in computer design software, and knowledge of mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license

• Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
