Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to support daily production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with any type of production or machine‑operating experience who are safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with industrial equipment.
Operators play a key role in material handling, machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment according to work orders and safety guidelines
Set up, monitor, and perform basic preventative maintenance on machines
Handle materials including stacking, packaging, wrapping, folding, cutting, or binding products
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and production instructions
Enter job information into company systems as required
Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe
Identify and report quality, safety, or equipment issues to management
Assist with material movement using forklifts, hand trucks, or dollies
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a machine operator or production worker in any manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to learn and operate various types of production equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

Education & Work Environment
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work on concrete floors for extended shifts
Ability to wear required PPE (safety shoes, eye and hearing protection)
On‑the‑job training provided; previous machine operation experience is a plusIND25
