🏭 Department: Rod Mill
💰 Hourly Wage: $19.65 base + $4-$7/hour incentive pay after training
💼 Shift Options: 1st, 2nd (+$0.35/hr), or 3rd shift (+$0.50/hr) | Overtime and weekend/holiday availability required

What You'll Do:
✅ Operate production machinery used in rod processing
✅ Manage materials and production flow using forklifts
✅ Assist with overhead crane operations
✅ Use torches as needed
✅ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
✅ Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards
✅ Support and train new team members
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Must-Haves:
• Forklift operation & Torch handling experience required
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Overhead crane experience
• Passion for hands-on work and continuous improvement
