Machine Operator – 2nd Shift - Temp to Perm
Location: Dundalk, MD 21224
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
We are hiring a Machine Operator to support a stable manufacturing facility in the Dundalk, MD area. This is a second shift, fulltime opportunity within a clean, safety driven, GMP-regulated production environment offering long term career growth and hands-on technical training.
As a Machine Operator, you will work in a regulated manufacturing environment focused on quality, consistency, and safety while operating injection molding and production equipment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities
Operate production and injection molding machinery while following all safety, GMP, food safety, and facility procedures
Perform labeling, packaging, and line clearance tasks
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and product accuracy checks
Accurately complete production documentation (labels, dates, reports, and nonconforming product records)
Communicate effectively with QA, supervisors, and team members during shift handoffs
Assist with palletizing, sealing, and material handling as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift 25–75 lbs consistently
Basic math and reading skills
Reliable transportation and attendance
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or production experience
Previous machine operation experience (injection molding a plus)
Warehouse or industrial work background
Experience working in GMP or regulated environments
Work Environment & PPE
GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Steel or composite-toe footwear required
Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout shift
