Receptionist
Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and callers. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression while supporting daily administrative and communication needs within the facility.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, courteous, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
• Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner
• Provide directions, information, and assistance to visitors and callers
• Monitor visitor sign-in and access procedures
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Perform clerical and administrative support duties as assigned
• Assist administrative staff and department leaders as needed
• Maintain accurate contact lists, directories, and resident information
• Support scheduling, correspondence, and office organization
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and office equipment
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
• Sitting for extended periods
• Standing and walking as needed throughout the facility
• Ability to use standard office equipment
