Pay Rate : $22 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Handler to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be an essential part of the logistics and materials process, ensuring smooth operations for the Cabin Integration value stream at a leading aerospace company. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of manufacturing processes and support compliance with company standards.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain work order kits with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform inventory control, material movement, and WIP tracking in accordance with procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
  • Use tools including screw guns, tape measures, and other shop equipment as required.
  • Accurately enter data for issuing materials, goods movements, and related transactions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through CORE principles.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.

    • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SAP and Excel (lookups, pivot tables).
  • Prior materials handling or manufacturing industry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Pay Details : $22.00 per hour
