- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor check-ins and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Bilingual is a must.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned.
- Must be able to comply with all safety requirements.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
