What You'll Do

As a Processing Associate, you'll be part of our team located in Fullerton, CA. You'll get to :

• Apply coatings and paints to aerospace parts using spray equipment or manual techniques.
• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, roughen, or prepare surfaces for coating.
• Prepare parts for finishing by masking and unmasking components according to work instructions.
• Ensure uniform and defect-free finishes by carefully following process guidelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to determine finishing requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Follow safety procedures and properly handle hazardous materials, including paints and solvents.
• Complete production logs and documentation as required.
