Hourly Pay Range : $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Sterile Processing Manager - Sterile Processing - Days Position Highlights : Position : Sterile Processing Manager Location : Naperville, IL Full Time / Part Time : 40 hours a week Hours : Monday-Friday, Days, 24-hour coverage as needed Required Travel : May be asked to assist other locations-as needed What you will need : Education : Bachelor degree, 3 years SPD experience or 3 years OR experience; or Associate degree with 5 years SPD or OR experience; or High School Diploma or GED with 7 years experience with 2 of the 7 years as SPD or OR Supervisor. Certification : Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA). Leadership Certification thru CBSPD must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Experience : 5 years SPD / OR experience and familiarity with surgical instrumentation. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred. What you will do : Promote effective team relations within the unit and across other departments in addition to fostering an environment that promotes strong decision making and problem solving by staff. Develop strong relationships with other departments and senior leaders to promote staff collaboration, efficiencies and results. Insures quality control and efficient production of processed products in line with Endeavor Health policies and procedures. Implement process improvements based on data / information received via reports & procedural areas.
