We’re seeking a Parts Processing Technician to help support our client’s critical production operations in Fremont, CA. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with an industry leader.

Shift and Pay Details

  • 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6AM – 2 : 30 PM | $20 per hour
  • 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2PM – 10 : 30 PM | $22 per hour

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts using advanced processing methods
  • Operate equipment for scrubbing, wiping, masking, blasting, etching, coating, baking, and drying
  • Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to all protocols
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area through daily upkeep and 6S practices
  • Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing procedures, and safety policies at all times
  • Record SPC measurements and use Microsoft Word / Excel to log and track data
  • Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities
  • Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance

    • What You Bring :

  • High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or technical coursework preferred
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or materials processing experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plus
  • Knowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning, such as frocks and hairnets
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
