Request Processing Assistant Lead
Our client, a leading organization in the legal and administrative support industry, is seeking a Request Processing Assistant Lead to join their team. As a Request Processing Assistant Lead, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting legal and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Review orders before they are released or legal documents are generated to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving issues related to subpoena service locations by conducting web searches and contacting custodians.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of requests and legal documents.
- Maintain detailed records of all processing activities and communications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
