CSA / Driver – Mailroom Office Location
Responsibilities :
Complete training for both Mail Services and Backup Driver duties.
Serve as Backup Driver : deliver mail to the local post office and pick up mail from the Dallas Infomart.
Follow all safe driving guidelines.
Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
Meter and process outgoing mail.
Sort interoffice and USPS mail.
Process Accountable Mail using the Bear Tracks system.
X-ray packages for suspicious items.
Process outgoing packages via UPS / FedEx.
Perform mail / package deliveries within the building.
Research and identify recipients for misaddressed or unidentified mail.
Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive client experience.
Input daily volumes and complete End-of-Month volume reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily volume reports.
Cross-train for alternate site and staff coverage.
Assist with additional office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
6 months to 1 year of experience in a mailroom or with FedEx, Amazon, and / or UPS.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately.
Comfortable with prolonged standing, frequent walking, and pushing heavy carts.
