Retail Center Part-Time Associate
The Retail Center Part-Time Associate for The UPS Store delivers world-class customer service to all customers at this retail store location, including small business owners, corporate professionals, and busy families by receiving, processing, and packing shipments for local, national, and international delivery. He/she will also be responsible for daily tasks of Notary and print services, mail-room management, and operating copiers, faxing, binding and laminating equipment, and cash registers.
The Part Time Retail Associate will expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services that include shipping, printing, mailboxes, Notary, shredding, faxing and scanning while offering the best-value options and exhibiting confidence by knowing best practices as related to the industry.
This is a part-time position, 25-35 hours per week during a 7-day work week. The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred with college experience a plus.
Must be eligible to become a Texas Notary Public, possess strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance.
He/she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
