FSSI East Inc. is looking for a full-time Operations (Production) Support to join our 1st shift team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This position is responsible for general support to the production departments. This includes cross-training and filling in for various positions due to vacations, call outs or high-volume days, in addition to performing standard daily operational duties.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (1st shift)
Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS
Effective written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and PC literacy. Intermediate level knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess strong customer service philosophy and attitude, work effectively and independently, and effectively work with all levels of employees. Must be flexible with shift and available overtime. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
EDUCATION and/or RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear; stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift/move up to 40 pounds independently. Specific vision required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, and focus adjustments.
