[job_card.job_description]Complete S&C Forklift certification program, including any required testing and certification hours need to pass the program. Review job orders and part drawings to accurately determine which parts and materials are needed for specific jobs and areas. Utilize Oracle ERP to determine part quantities, locations, and receiving history. Meet department targets and consistently adhere to quality and safety standards. Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules. Work with departmental mentors to gain and apply feedback in pursuit of improved work quality. Other responsibilities as assigned. 1+ years of demonstrated experience in a material handling or related role within a manufacturing environment. 1+ years of driving a crown stand up forklift with a safe driving record. High School Diploma / GED Ability to operate an electric forklift for indoor and outdoor use. Good attention to detail, with the ability to determine accurate order quantities consistently. Ability to work independently and meet requirements of assigned materials requests. Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate information efficiently and effectively to team members in a variety of production support departments. Basic computer skills with the ability to review and respond to requests via internal applications. Basic math skills with the ability to calculate quantities and weights. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to understand and complete requests given by team member inside and outside of the department. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as scales and calipers. Ability and willingness to follow Health Safety & Environment procedures accurately, reporting concerns promptly to the safety action team. Proficient in using MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Available Shift
- 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Daily Scheduled Overtime
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $20.00. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.
