We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and products in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling.
- Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets manually or with equipment.
- Inspect pallets for damage and repair or recycle as needed.
- Maneuver pallets and goods across facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and quality control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
