As a Math Fellow, you will:

  • Gain real classroom and instructional experience from day one Lead small-group tutoring sessions with students Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced educators Develop skills in lesson delivery, student engagement, and data-driven instruction Earn a steady income while building professional experience You’ll leave this role with practical, transferable skills that will serve you well in education and beyond.

What You’ll Do Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day Build strong relationships with students and support their growth Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment Who This Is For This role may be a strong fit if you:
