Job description
Integra Vascular -

Mobile Vascular Site Manager, RN

Reports To: Executive Leadership
Primary Locations: Winter Park OBL & Tampa OBL

Integra Vascular is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused, and operationally driven Mobile Vascular Site Manager, RN to oversee procedural day operations across our Florida Office-Based Lab (“OBL”) locations. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical staff, physicians, executive leadership, and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient procedural workflow.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with experience in procedural or surgical environments who thrives in a fast-paced setting and demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and compassionate patient care.

Position Summary

The Mobile Vascular Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational flow of procedural days within our Winter Park and Tampa OBLs. This position ensures that sites remain fully prepared, appropriately staffed, properly supplied, and operationally efficient while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical coordination.

This role requires frequent travel between sites and close collaboration with physicians, clinical teams, scheduling staff, human resources, and executive leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

Clinical & Procedural Operations

  • Oversee and manage procedural day workflow within the OBL environment.

  • Collaborate directly with physicians and clinical staff to ensure operational readiness and efficient patient movement throughout the day.

  • Monitor patient turnaround times between cases and assist in optimizing procedural efficiency.

  • Ensure all treatment rooms, recovery areas, and common clinical spaces remain organized, stocked, and procedure-ready.

  • Verify that all required supplies, equipment, medications, and procedural materials are available prior to procedural days.

  • Assist in maintaining a positive, calm, and patient-centered clinical environment.

Patient Experience & Coordination

  • Monitor patient status and coordination as patients travel from facilities to the surgical center and back following procedures.

  • Ensure patients are treated respectfully, comfortably, and professionally before, during, and after their procedure experience.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns and assist in resolving workflow or service issues promptly.

  • Support communication between transportation teams, facilities, scheduling departments, and clinical personnel as needed.

Inventory & Supply Management

  • Track inventory levels across multiple OBL sites.

  • Assist with supply ordering, inventory reconciliation, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate and perform supply deliveries and site drop-offs as operationally necessary.

  • Help maintain accurate records of inventory usage and site supply needs.

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between OBL staff and Executive Leadership.

  • Assist Human Resources with employee relations matters, attendance tracking, timekeeping support, and operational accountability.

  • Support staffing coordination and communicate operational concerns to leadership proactively.

  • Promote a collaborative, team-oriented culture aligned with company values and patient care standards.

Compliance & Site Readiness

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, infection prevention standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Confirm each OBL location is fully prepared operationally prior to procedural days.

  • Support ongoing quality assurance and workflow improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, or equivalent clinical credential required.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical management, procedural, surgical, or ambulatory care experience required.

  • Prior experience in an Office-Based Lab (OBL), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Cath Lab, or procedural environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced procedural setting.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems, inventory tracking, and operational coordination.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly between Winter Park and Tampa locations.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist in a clinical environment for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and transport clinical supplies and equipment as needed.

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Procedural day schedule may vary based on operational and physician needs.

  • Early morning arrival times and extended procedural days may occasionally be required.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Mileage reimbursement or travel stipend eligibility, where applicable

  • Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding vascular organization

Integra Vascular is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality vascular care to underserved patient populations through innovation, operational excellence, and a patient-first philosophy.
