  • Deliver comprehensive eye exams and refractions for both pediatric and adult patients across diverse care environments

  • Assist with ordering prescription eyeglasses for pediatric and adult vision programs

  • Serve as a clinical resource to staff by answering questions related to exams and refractions

  • Collaborate with residents and fellows from the Stein Eye Institute and participate in teaching medical students, undergraduate students, and volunteers

  • Engage with patients, families, educators, and community partners to address vision-related questions and support ongoing care

  • Travel to and work across multiple outreach and clinical locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties

  • Maintain a full-time clinical schedule, providing patient care five days per week

  • Participate in monthly departmental meetings
