The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, and a meat display.
The Host position is the first impression our guests receive of our brand and are the beginning of providing exceptional guest experiences. The host is the designated point person for seating each section appropriately, managing reservations, and setting appropriate expectations of the guest. The Host is accountable for keeping the host area clean and organized, and providing warm, excellent experiences for our guests as they enter and exit our venue.
