Job description
Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business goals, passenger needs, stakeholder expectations, and operational priorities into clear, testable functional and nonfunctional requirements. This role involves facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, supporting content governance, and coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure successful digital transformation and website modernization projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Document business, functional, content, integration, accessibility, security, analytics, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Document current-state pain points and future-state workflows.
  • Support information architecture and content governance.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clarify requirements during implementation phases.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support implementation readiness activities.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of business analysis experience.
  • At least three years supporting website modernization, CMS implementation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders including business, marketing, communications, IT, operational, and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
  • Experience documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements for public-facing digital platforms.
  • Expertise in CMS requirements, content workflows, integration requirements, information architecture support, UAT coordination, and detailed documentation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience defining requirements for websites involving CMS workflows, search, accessibility, analytics, forms, alerts, real-time information, content migration, and third-party integrations.
  • Aviation or airport website experience within the last three years, including project descriptions and links.
  • Business analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent.
Special Considerations:
  • Work may involve coordination with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
  • Attention to accessibility and security compliance is critical.
  • Role requires maintaining traceability and clarity of complex requirements throughout implementation.
Scheduling:
  • Standard business hours with potential coordination across different teams and time zones.
  • May require flexibility during UAT phases and implementation readiness activities.
