Turn data into meaningful insights that help expand access to care and strengthen communities.

The Database Report Writer plays a key role in supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports from our electronic health record (EHR) systems and other data sources. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Deploy reports and support end users with reporting needs
  • Partner with the Director of Data Reporting Services on projects and initiatives
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years’ experience using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results required
  • At least three (3) years’ experience with various computer software and Enterprise Health Record applications preferred
  • At least three (3) years’ experience using Crystal Reports preferred
  • Possess the ability to determine the level of effort to accomplish requested tasks
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organization

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
  • Enjoy translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Thrive in a mission-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and reporting efficiency
