The Database Report Writer plays a key role in supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports from our electronic health record (EHR) systems and other data sources. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports our mission to Inspire Hope and Promote Wellness—especially in rural communities where access to care matters most.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs
- Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability
- Deploy reports and support end users with reporting needs
- Partner with the Director of Data Reporting Services on projects and initiatives
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
- At least three (3) years’ experience using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results required
- At least three (3) years’ experience with various computer software and Enterprise Health Record applications preferred
- At least three (3) years’ experience using Crystal Reports preferred
- Possess the ability to determine the level of effort to accomplish requested tasks
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organization
