Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Work Setup: Hybrid
A leading telecommunications organization is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist Property Management to support the reliability of a large-scale wireless network. In this role, you will manage property, lease, and access-related issues to ensure uninterrupted network operations across Northern California and Nevada.
Proactively manage and prioritize assigned tasks related to an existing wireless network portfolio
Resolve payment inquiries, including rent and utility issues, to maintain positive landlord relationships
Perform lease due diligence and manage lease renewals to protect contractual rights
Represent the company in communications with landlords and their agents, clearly interpreting and explaining policies and procedures
Identify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease-related issues impacting network operations
Clear access blocks and escalate network-critical or site-critical issues to leadership with actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Assurance, Construction, Legal, and Headquarters teams to ensure smooth network operations
Bachelors degree or a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
Four or more years of experience in property management, telecommunications, real estate, or a related field
Strong understanding of telecommunications environments and network-related real estate challenges
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
Experience using Fuze HQRE and Engie systems
Knowledge of legal and financial terms with the ability to read and interpret contracts and leases
Background in legal, contract management, project management, or construction disciplines
Experience reviewing construction drawings and lease documentation
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
