Job Summary
This role will provide leadership, expert technical insight and industry perspective in the creation, delivery, and integration of complex and comprehensive network and telecom solutions. This role will be leading a team of network and telecom personnel in all aspects of operations and engineering.
Essential Functions
- Act as the manager and leader of a team of network professionals administering the network of the organization, including supervising operations, setting priorities and problem resolution
- Serve as network subject matter expert and actively assist teams in designing and deploying secure business solutions for medium to highly complex problems
- Ensure proactive monitoring, analysis, and alerting of network and telecom resources for availability and capacity to ensure rapid resolution of issues
- Act as a collaboration and escalation point within IT and Elevate for network related issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
