Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible anesthesiologist accepted
• Active California medical license required
• Current California DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum Level II trauma experience required
• Level I trauma experience highly preferred
• Must be comfortable covering labor and delivery, OR, and trauma cases
• Clean credentialing file required
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Strong communication and responsiveness throughout the privileging process

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage for labor and delivery, operating rooms, and trauma services
• Deliver safe, effective care in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
• Support weekend and overnight coverage needs as part of this California anesthesiology job
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Adapt to changing clinical needs while prioritizing patient safety and efficiency
