  • About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer (PE/GE) to lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through construction.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project management, field exploration, and construction observation, along with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and offices.
  • Key Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical engineering analyses and field exploration.
  • Manage and oversee projects, including budgets, timelines, and client communication.
  • Provide construction observation, testing, and reporting.
  • Review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and staff across multiple offices.
  • Ensure compliance with regional, state, and federal standards.

Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:

  • 00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid schedule available (in-office and remote work flexibility) Requirements Professional Engineer (PE) or Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license preferred.
  • Proven experience in civil/public works or land development project management .
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to perform and oversee field investigations, lab testing, and construction observations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be a U.S. resident (no consideration for non-residents or PhD holders).
  • California residency strongly preferred due to regional project requirements.
