TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Statesboro, Georgia, 30458!

Job Title

Travel RN – Operating Room Circulator

Location

Statesboro, GA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days – 4x10hr (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) or 5x8hr (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) | On-site | Call required

Key Responsibilities

Circulate operating room cases, including pulling and managing supplies and equipment for each procedure
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care in the OR
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR technicians, and other surgical team members in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
Ensure timeliness of cases, maintain and update physician preference cards, and communicate with patient families
Supervise personnel delivering patient care within the surgical department
Participate in call schedule: 3 first calls, 3 second calls, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

Active RN license valid in the state of Georgia (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 3 years of OR RN experience required
Experience in Robotics, Orthopedic, General, and OB/GYN surgical cases required
C-section experience required
Ability to fulfill call requirements as outlined in the schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Experience in a high-volume or multi-specialty surgical environment
Strong communication and organizational skills within a fast-paced OR setting
