Role Summary

The Integrator ensures that the company’s Vision, Traction, and Healthy principles are executed across all departments in alignment with the EOS model.

This leader turns strategy into action — driving accountability, operational clarity, and consistent results across the organization.

This role has dual primary responsibilities :

• Integrator for the entire company , ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution of the V / TO.

Key Responsibilities EOS Leadership (Integrator Role)

Lead, manage, and hold accountable the company’s leadership team.

Facilitate and champion EOS tools across the organization — including Level 10 Meetings , Scorecards , Rocks , and Quarterly / Annual Planning .

Drive alignment with the Vision / Traction Organizer (V / TO) to ensure organizational clarity and unified direction.

Create cross-departmental cohesion and remove roadblocks that hinder execution and growth.

Use the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) framework to facilitate effective problem-solving throughout the company.

Maintain a culture of accountability, clarity, and forward progress.

Operational Leadership (Installation Branch)

Oversee daily operations for the Installation and Maintenance Branches , including (which are run by Branch Managers) :

Landscape Maintenance Services

Landscape, Irrigation and Hardscape Construction

Enhancements

Ensure consistent project delivery, including scheduling, job costing, equipment utilization, and quality control.

Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all workflows.

Ensure projects are executed safely, profitably, and to our company's quality standards.

Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project readiness.

Drive the Installation Division’s KPIs and ensure margin, productivity, and efficiency goals are met or exceeded.

People & Process Development

Lead and develop installation team leaders and supervisors through EOS tools (Accountability Chart, People Analyzer, Quarterly Conversations).

Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and excellence within the installation branch.

Work with HR to support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for all installation roles.

Identify skill gaps and implement training / development pathways for crew members and leaders.

Financial & Performance Management

Partner with finance to track operational budgets, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, and overall profitability.

Monitor and manage KPIs related to installation performance, job margins, production efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Support accurate forecasting and resource planning for labor, materials, and equipment.

Continuously evaluate operations for opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

On-time, on-budget project completion

Achievement of company-wide and division-specific Rocks

Installation Division profitability and margin performance

Operational efficiency (labor utilization, job costing accuracy)

Leadership team accountability and operational alignment

Client satisfaction and repeat work from installation clients

Deep understanding of EOS / Traction and its application in small–mid-sized service companies

Strong integrator skillset : disciplined, structured, consistent, and solution-oriented

Qualifications

5+ years of operations leadership experience in landscape maintenance, construction, irrigation, or related industries

Proven experience implementing EOS or similar operating systems

Strong financial understanding (job costing, margins, forecasting)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred
