Position Summary
The HRIS & Operations Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday across multiple modules to ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Workday‑enabled HR business processes and system workflows, partnering closely with HR teams, managers, and team members to ensure effective and consistent system usage. The HRIS & Operations Analyst translates business needs into system solutions while maintaining data integrity, operational consistency, and strong documentation practices. This role is part of the HRIS & Operations team and reports to the Sr. Director of People Operations.
Position Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup and data elements of foundational structures in Workday to drive position management, department, location and organization structures
- Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits of data adhere to all policies for proper process and protocols
Partner with IT and HRIS technical resources to support functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations with internal and external systems
- Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users, maximizing efficiency by reusing existing reports and training users on modifying reports as needed
- Generate standard audit reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis
- Assist users within HR as needed to enable them to effectively/efficiently utilize all HR systems & modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production systems issues and maintain the internal HRIS issues log/ticketing system.
- Support HRIS and department project managers in implementation of Global HRIS roadmap initiatives by executing on necessary project tasks and adhering to timelines and quality expectations
Support small to medium HRIS initiatives by executing assigned project tasks, supporting testing, documentation, and timelines in partnership with HRIS and HR leaders.
- Must be comfortable and have demonstrated success performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities in a high-energy environment

Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $71,250.00 - $95,000.00
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
