Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration. Our employees work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.
Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Generalist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure to a fast-paced professional services environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish. Success in this role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while supporting team operations and business initiatives.
Regular working hours are 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST with a 30-minute lunch break. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed are expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling Support
- Coordinate calendars and schedule internal and external meetings across teams
- Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and align meetings with team priorities
- Coordinate TRC (technical review committee) scheduling and training scheduling activities
- Assist with meeting coordination, logistics, and follow-up communication
Reporting, Presentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets related to events, marketing initiatives, and team activities
- Prepare, format, update, and quality-check PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
- Update stock marketing presentations and related materials
- Support administrative aspects of engagements and ongoing projects
- Assist with gathering and organizing reporting data from Salesforce and NetSuite
- Help create team meeting agendas and supporting materials
CRM, Marketing & Data Management
- Update and maintain contact and activity records within Salesforce
- Support CRM cleanup initiatives and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Manage and update marketing and business development lists
- Manage follow-up processes for database model uploads
- Assist with broader data hygiene and organizational initiatives
Team Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate agendas, meeting materials, and action items
- Support internal team initiatives and ad hoc operational needs
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for coordination across teams and functions
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate or 02 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong foundational skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including formatting, organization, and basic formulas
- Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new tools and systems, including Salesforce and automation platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 on an annual basis. This salary is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
