HIRING : Production Operator

Location : Niagara Falls, NY

Pay : $17-19 / hr

Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (with shift differentials!)

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate precision screen printing equipment
  • Apply paste and print thin film components with accuracy
  • Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces
  • Clean screens and equipment after each process
  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards

    • What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret production documents
  • Good math and computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • (1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required!)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
