The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate Oracle SCM, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle supply chain and operations software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud for project delivery
- Developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client outcomes
- Managing project resources and budgets to align with client objectives and timelines
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve client strategic goals
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges and improve processes
- Supporting demand forecasting and inventory management to enhance supply chain performance
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changing business contexts and client needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain optimization
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Excelling in demand forecasting and inventory management
- Leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite for operational excellence
- Developing innovative solutions for cost management and efficiency
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
