Our client, a leading and innovative advanced technology company, is seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer to support their Oracle Fusion Implementation project. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications within Oracle Fusion, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing-related functionality.

Location: Greater Orange Country, CA - hybrid preferred. Open to remote candidates with occasional travel onsite
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract to Hire
Compensation: $50.00 to $100.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Develop custom applications within Oracle Fusion, leveraging Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, and Oracle BPM.

• Implement business logic, workflows, and system integrations to support manufacturing and ERP processes.

• Maintain technical documentation for system designs and development work.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Work with QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.

Deployment & Maintenance:

• Deploy applications and development objects to production, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth transitions.

• Perform regular maintenance, system updates, and troubleshooting for custom Oracle Fusion applications.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Present technical designs and implementation plans to stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion development, focusing on Middleware, Applications, and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Java, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPM, and Oracle PL/SQL.

• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Oracle Fusion Middleware or Applications.

• Experience with cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python or C#.

• Agile development certifications (Scrum, Kanban).

• Previous experience working with manufacturing-focused ERP systems, including WMS/MES modules.

• NetSuite development experience is a strong plus due to integration considerations with Oracle Fusion.
